Terms of Service

Medical Tourism Packages and Prices

Our medical tourism packages are intended for adults, and prices may change depending on the package and circumstances. Once package terms are finalized and confirmed, included services cannot be exchanged for other offers or converted into cash unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Medical Records, Consultations, and Additional Tests

After reviewing your medical records and conducting preliminary consultations, we will provide an estimated treatment cost. Additional consultations, examinations, tests, or diagnostic procedures required after your arrival may incur extra charges. We will explain these costs before proceeding.Patients should provide the test results and medical reports required by their healthcare provider before traveling whenever possible. If tests are performed in Iran and their results are unsatisfactory, repeat testing or treatment cancellation may incur additional costs payable by the patient.

Previous Treatments and Medical History

Patients must disclose previous treatments and provide relevant medical records before traveling. If undisclosed treatment history leads to additional tests, changes to the treatment plan, or cancellation, the resulting costs are the patient’s responsibility and must be settled before departure.

Accuracy of Patient Information

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete identity, personal, and medical information. If incorrect or incomplete information causes additional costs, losses, or legal issues, the patient may be responsible for the resulting consequences.

Medical Visa Coordination

After the patient confirms the medical tourism arrangements and pays the required good-faith deposit, Nora Health Tour may coordinate the medical or applicable visa application process on the patient’s behalf. Information required for the application may be submitted to the relevant authorities and authorized service providers.Visa processing times vary by nationality and individual circumstances. The visa authorization code process may take approximately 1–8 business weeks; this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Nora Health Tour is not responsible for processing decisions or delays caused by the relevant authorities.The visa service fee covers the request for a visa authorization code, not the consular visa fee. Patients must pay any applicable consular fee when obtaining their visa. Eligible patients may ask whether an electronic visa without a passport stamp is available, subject to the applicable rules.

Patients must provide accurate information. If a visa is rejected because of incorrect information supplied by the patient, Nora Health Tour is not responsible for the rejection or related costs. Visa application fees are non-refundable, including when a visa application is rejected. However, the good-faith deposit paid toward medical tourism services is refundable if the visa application is rejected.For official information, visit the Iran e-Visa portal. Patients must not purchase non-refundable travel tickets before receiving the required visa authorization.Nora Health Tour coordinates visa applications for patients who book their treatment through the company and pay the required deposit. Each additional travel companion may incur a non-refundable service fee of USD 100 or EUR 85 if the trip is cancelled after the visa authorization code is issued.

Interpreter and Translation Services

Nora Health Tour arranges interpreters according to the patient’s language needs and service schedule. For citizens of Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom, the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs may appoint an interpreter, with a daily fee of USD 80 payable by the patient where applicable. Additional interpreter services may incur separate hourly or daily charges, which will be communicated before the service is arranged. An interpreter appointed by the relevant authority may not be changed or cancelled at the patient’s request, and changes to the travel schedule may incur a penalty. Interpreter availability, working hours, and replacement arrangements are subject to applicable rules and operational requirements. Under the applicable arrangements described to the patient, an interpreter cannot accompany a patient for more than 24 hours continuously.

Airport Transfers and Local Transportation

Airport transfers are provided using standard vehicles and may differ from the vehicles used for local transportation. Additional passengers or excess baggage beyond the agreed arrangements may incur extra charges payable by the patient.

Hotel Accommodation

Hotels included in packages may change because of availability, contract changes, or admission restrictions. Accommodation cannot ordinarily be cancelled or changed before arrival without applicable charges. If the patient cancels the trip or requests a change, a one-night charge or the relevant cancellation fee may apply.Hotel check-in is generally at 14:00 and check-out at 12:00 local time. Additional nights, late check-out, paid hotel services, and damage charges are the patient’s responsibility.

Pre-Travel Consultation Sessions

Three pre-travel consultation sessions are included based on the selected treatment. Each additional session requested by the patient costs USD 15.

Treatment Products, Implants, and Nursing Assistance

Treatments involving products or materials such as Botox, dermal fillers, implants, or PDO threads will be discussed during the initial consultation where applicable. If the patient requests a product or brand change after the arrangements have been made, additional costs may apply.If post-treatment nursing assistance is requested or required, the cost will depend on the type and duration of service and will be communicated to the patient. Nursing arrangements are subject to the patient’s needs, availability, and applicable rules.

Meals and Dietary Requirements

Meals are not included unless expressly stated in the package. If the patient requests meal arrangements, the patient is responsible for the associated costs. Patients must inform Nora Health Tour in writing about dietary preferences or requirements, including vegetarian or vegan diets, before arrival. Arrangements depend on availability, cost, and any relevant medical advice.

Changes to the Treatment Program and Cancellations

Changes to or withdrawal from a confirmed treatment program require written coordination with Nora Health Tour and may be subject to additional costs or the applicable cancellation terms. Refund eligibility depends on the relevant package terms, payments made, services already arranged, and the cancellation provisions in these Terms.

Currency and Cash Payments

For cash payments, US dollar banknotes printed before 2011 may be exchanged at a lower rate than current notes. Exchange assistance may be available at the applicable legal rate. Patients should carry smaller banknotes to facilitate exchange. EUR 500 banknotes are not exchangeable under the arrangements described by Nora Health Tour. Patients are responsible for exchange-rate differences and any applicable transaction or payment charges.

Private Recovery Rooms and Discharge Arrangements

A private or VIP recovery room may be arranged upon request, subject to availability and payment of the price difference. A patient may be transferred from the hospital to the hotel only with the treating physician’s or surgeon’s permission. If a patient requests transfer against medical advice and signs a written request, the patient assumes responsibility for the risks and consequences to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Allergies, Medication, and Travel-Related Needs

Patients must inform Nora Health Tour of relevant allergies, medication use, and medical or dietary needs before traveling. Patients remain responsible for following professional medical advice and for disclosing relevant health information. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with practical concerns during the stay, but cannot guarantee that every personal preference or need can be accommodated.
