Nora Health Tour Facilitator will help you to get Iran’s T-visa as soon as possible. Depending on the country you live in, it may take 1 to 8 business weeks to receive your visa authorization code. Nora Health Tour Facilitator will follow up the process of processing and obtaining a tourist and medical visa only for patients who book their treatment through this company and pay a “Good Faith” deposit.
Procedures for Obtaining a Visa through the Nora Health Tour
- Sending the following documents:
- Digital picture of passport information page
- Photo
- Receipt of deposit payment and visa service fee
- Completed application form
- Covid-19 vaccine certificate (principle of complete vaccination against Covid-19 at least 14 days before entering Iran)
- Complete resume (for British, US and Canadian passport holders)
- Receive the license code via email address,
- Obtaining a visa from the embassy or any international airport where you enter Iran.
Passport Information Page Digital Image Requirements
One of the most important parts of registering a visa application is uploading a scan of the first page of the visa, and the system will refuse to accept scans that do not meet the following requirements. Scanning the first page of the passport must:
- Be Colored. Black and white and monochrome photos may be rejected.
- Be in jpg or jpeg format.
- It has a volume equal to or less than 500 kilobytes and more than 10 kilobytes.
- Include only the first page.
- Be horizontal so that the width of the image is greater than its height.
- The resolution should be 800 (minimum width) by 600 (minimum height) pixels.
- It should be of high quality and not too dark or too bright.
- Be horizontal so that it is parallel to the edges of the screen.
- All the writing on it should be clear. Any stain that distorts the writing may cause the application to be rejected.
Personal Photo Requirements
One of the most important parts of registering a visa application is uploading a personal photo scan. Increasing the quality or making changes on the face through digital software is not acceptable in any way. Scan the photo should:
- Be colored. Black and white and monochrome photos may be rejected.
- Be in jpg or jpeg format.
- Have a volume equal to or less than 500 kilobytes and more than 10 kilobytes.
- Be vertical so that its height is greater than its width.
- The resolution should be 400 (minimum width) by 600 (minimum height) pixels.
- Should be taken within the last 6 months to match current appearance.
- Have a completely clear background.
- The face is directly in front of the camera.
- Not any special expression on the face and with open eyes.
- Apart from the religious clothes that are used on a daily basis, photos with uniform clothes will not be accepted.
- Not wearing a hat. The face should be clearly defined and the coverings on the head such as a scarf should not cover part of the face or cast a shadow on it.
- It is not acceptable to use headphones, wireless hands-free devices and similar items in the photo.
- It is not acceptable to wear glasses in the photo.
- Photos that are scanned from passports, driver’s licenses, etc. are not accepted. In addition, photos taken using mobile phones or similar devices with low quality will be rejected.
Sending the Receipt of the Deposit "Good Faith Deposit" and Visa Service Fee
Good Faith Deposit and Visa Service Fees
To help coordinate your medical trip to Iran and arrange the services you need, Nora Health Tour requires a good faith deposit of USD 200 to USD 1,000, depending on your requested services and agreed treatment plan.
The deposit demonstrates your commitment to proceeding with your medical travel arrangements. It forms part of the total cost of your agreed treatment package and services and will be deducted from the final amount payable.
For example, if your treatment package costs USD 4,500 and you pay a USD 1,000 deposit, the remaining balance will be USD 3,500, payable in Iran.
Visa Application and Refund Policy
Visa application processing begins only after the required payments have been made and proof of payment has been submitted to Nora Health Tour.
If your visa application is rejected, the good faith deposit will be fully refunded; however, the visa service fee is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected.
If you cancel your trip after receiving the visa authorization code, a management fee will be deducted from your good faith deposit, and the remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with the agreed cancellation terms.
Additional Companion Fees
If you plan to travel to Iran with more than one companion, an additional service fee of USD 100 or EUR 85 per extra companion applies.
This additional companion service fee is non-refundable if you cancel your trip after receiving the visa authorization code.
What Does the Visa Service Fee Cover?
The visa service fee covers the processing of your visa authorization code request. It does not include the consular fee for issuing the visa.
When collecting your visa from the relevant embassy or consulate, you may need to pay an additional consular fee. This fee varies depending on your nationality and the applicable consular requirements.
