All this information are only necessary for the purpose of facilitating the selection of the destination, medical-therapeutic procedures and making the necessary arrangements, and you expressly allow Nora Health Tour to use them. Of course, as you acknowledge, we must provide your medical records and information and general health information to authorized medical providers in order to provide you with the best recommended treatment packages. Therefore, you expressly agree to transfer and disclose the necessary information to medical service providers in Iran.

Since the exchange of this information is via the Internet, it cannot be guaranteed that the information sent is completely secure and will not be lost or intercepted or altered. You understand and agree that Nora Health Tour Company is not responsible for the security of information in the process of sending or receiving data, and Nora Health Tour Company and its managers are not responsible for any damage or other losses that you may incur in the process of exchanging information.

It should be noted that in order to increase the level of user satisfaction with the website, some basic information such as the IP address of the users is collected by statistical services related to the website such as Webmasters and Google Analytics. We may also collect your phone and mobile number and email address. We will use them to contact you in the future.

Terms of Service

All treatment and medical packages provided by Nora Health Tour Company are for an adult and their prices are subject to change without prior notice depending on the conditions. The finalized items in the service provisions of the contract cannot be exchanged or replaced with any other offer or receive the cash value of the services provided in the package.

Nora Health Tour experts, after evaluating your medical records and preliminary consultations, will inform you of the approximate cost of the surgery. Pay through the payment methods announced to you. If unexpected costs arise after visiting Iran in the process of medical consultations, face-to-face examinations, tests and medical-diagnostic reports, all the cases will be explained to you in detail and you will be required to pay for them before treatment.

Depending on the requested medical procedure, the patient should receive the results of related tests such as blood, urine, X-ray, CT scan, MRI, colonoscopy, endoscopy, biopsy or any other test during the initial consultation stage and before traveling to Iran. Provide the diagnosis that the doctor/surgeon needs for examination to Nora Health Tour experts. The patient may decide to perform these tests after traveling and being in Iran and before surgery. In this case, if for any reason the results of the tests are abnormal or unsatisfactory, the tests will be repeated again. If the results of the tests are not satisfactory and lead to the cancellation of the treatment, the costs related to re-testing and canceling the surgery must be paid by the patient.

In case of any previous treatment, the patient is obliged to inform the experts of Nora Health Tour in the consultation before traveling to Iran. It is also the patient’s responsibility to provide documents and records of medical reports. If the patient has not informed Nora Health Tour about his previous medical treatment and this leads to other tests and cancellation of the treatment, all costs are the responsibility of the patient and must be paid and settled before leaving Iran.

  The patient is responsible for the accuracy and correctness of all information, including identity, medical and personal information, and if the opposite is proven, the patient is responsible for all damages, notification costs, and legal considerations.

In case of a final agreement to receive medical, medical and accommodation services in Iran, Nora Health Tour will apply for a medical visa based on the patient’s request and on his behalf. Information for the issuance of visas is provided to third parties such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) and the Department of Travel Agencies. Based on the patient’s country of citizenship, the cost of the visa service package varies. The patient is responsible for providing correct personal information to Nora Health Tour, and if the visa is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the patient, Nora Health Tour is not responsible and related expenses will not be refunded. The application of electronic visa will be subject to the complete calculation of unrelated costs by the patient, and if the patient withdraws from the visa application after the issuance of the visa due to sudden medical conditions, accidents, war, death and personal reasons. Visa fees will not be refunded. It should be noted that the duration of visa issuance by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran is different and Nora Health Tour Company will not be responsible.

The electronic visa is issued electronically and provided to the patient. Depending on the country you live in, the visa process may take between 1 and 8 business weeks to receive your visa authorization code. The Nora Health Tour Facilitator Company only follows up the process of processing and obtaining a tourist and medical visa for patients who book their treatment through this company and pay a good faith deposit. Patients who have more than one companion to travel to Iran are required to pay an additional service fee of 100 USD or 85 EUR for each additional companion, and this amount is non-refundable if the trip is canceled after receiving the visa authorization code. Note that the visa service fee is only for the visa authorization code request and not the visa itself. When you collect your visa at the embassy, you still have to pay the consular visa fee, which varies depending on your nationality. At the time of applying for a visa, patients can request that the visa not be stamped in their passport. As long as the e-visa has not been definitively issued and is not available to the patient, the reservation and purchase of the ticket should not be done by the patient. Otherwise, Nora Health Tour Company will not be held responsible.

At Nora Health Tour, we assign a translator to the patient based on the language of the conversation and your request. But for the citizens of Canada, America, and the United Kingdom, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs appoints an interpreter, in which case the daily cost of 80 USD is the responsibility of the patient. . The translator assigned by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran cannot be changed or canceled by the patient or Nora Health Tour for any reason, and if the travel plan is changed, the patient must pay the penalty for changing the date.

The translator accompanies the patient only for the services determined by Nora Health Tour, and if the patient requests more services, the translator’s fee will be determined on an hourly or daily basis after coordination with Nora Company and will be notified to the patient. According to Iran’s employment laws and regulations, an interpreter cannot accompany a patient for more than 24 hours. As a result, Nora Health Tour may change the translator at any time without prior notice.

The transfer of the patient from the airport to the hotel and vice versa is done by common cars, and it is not necessarily the same as the car that transports the patient in city transfers. Also, in case of extra load or accompanying person/persons outside of the framework agreed with Nora Health Tour, it is the patient’s responsibility and the cost of these additional changes is the patient’s responsibility.

The SIM card offered to the patient in the form of a service package is free, and its information and type are limited depending on the length of the patient’s stay. If the patient needs to recharge, the cost is borne by the patient, and the responsibility for searches, text messages and calls made with it is solely the responsibility of the patient, and Nora Health Tour Company is not responsible in this regard.

The hotels offered in the treatment packages by Nora Health Tour may change due to factors such as contract expiration or restrictions on admission in a certain period of time. It should be noted that the place of residence cannot be changed or canceled before the arrival of the patient, and if the patient cancels his trip or requests to change his place of residence, he is obliged to pay the cost of one night’s stay or the cancellation fee. The delivery time of the rooms is 14:00 local time and the departure time is 12:00 noon, and if the patient does not check in and out at the scheduled time, the cost of staying at the hotel will be borne by the patient. Also, if the patient uses services that include a fee, or possible fees in case of damage to the accommodation facilities, the customer must pay.

Before visiting Iran, Nora Health Tour Company offers 3 counseling sessions before the visit based on the selected treatment of the patient. Each additional counseling session requested by the patient will cost 15 USD.

Treatments that require the use of certain substances, such as Botox, derma fillers, implants, PDO lift-thread and etc are coordinated with the patient at the time of treatment inquiry and initial consultation sessions, and if such information is not sent and received, Nora Health Tour Company Selects the material and product brand. If the patient wants to change them, he must pay for the changes. Also, if the patient needs to be cared for by an expert nurse after the treatment, the costs will be determined and announced to the patient depending on the hour/day and the type of service. Also, the selection of the nurse by Nora Health Tour experts will be based on the patient’s priorities and rules and regulations.

Of course, the company is not responsible for the patient’s meals during his stay in Iran, and coordination is only possible at the patient’s request and he/she bears the costs. Vegans/vegetarians should be notified to the company in writing so that necessary arrangements can be made if the costs are borne by the patient. Obviously, determining the meals will be based on the patient’s medical condition and appetite.

  Any change or withdrawal during the treatment program is not possible without the written consent of Nora Health Tour Company, and in case of withdrawal or withdrawal of the patient from receiving medical services, the amount paid will not be refunded and the patient will be responsible for compensating all damages and costs.

To pay for medical expenses, only dollar bills printed since 2011 will be accepted, and the exchange of dollar bills printed before 2011 will be at a lower rate than the current exchange rate. At Nora Health we offer Euro and US Dollar exchange tour at the legal rate of the day. Please carry smaller banknotes with you to facilitate currency exchange, and 500 Euro banknotes will not be exchangeable.

A private or VIP rest room in the clinic and hospital for recovery is possible if the patient requests and we pay the difference. Obviously, it is possible to transfer the patient to the hotel only with the permission of the doctor/surgeon, and in case of the written request of the patient, the legal responsibility of all risks and consequences will be borne by the patient alone.

Nora Health Tour is not responsible for any food sensitivities, climate, and medication prescribed to the patients upon entering Iran and the duration of their stay, but will provide the utmost assistance to the patients to overcome them. Travel and accident insurance will be issued for all patients upon arrival in Iran.
